Intermittent TV issues were frustrating!!! The lack of mirrors above desks made getting ready cumbersome. Soundproofing needs a serious upgrade for a peaceful stay!!! The temperature control in rooms could be more reliable!!!

Welcoming staff, comfortable fitness center, and convenient 24-hour reception made it easy to settle in, while the delicious breakfast offered a variety of options that truly started my day right, located just 13 km from the nearest airport for added convenience.

Everything was spot on.

The breakfast service was disorganized. they frequently ran out of items like eggs and hot water, which caused long waits.

Great location near the train station. Wi-fi was slow and luggage storage was limited.

Intermittent TV Issues!!! The toilet had chronic flushing problems, and water wouldn't drain properly during showers!!! Room cleanliness needs serious attention, with dirty floors and uncleaned surfaces!!! Limited attention to detail in service and amenities!!!

Ask for extra mugs for tea to avoid waste, as the in-room cups are small for brewed tea.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, where the lovely assistance from the Greek receptionist who went out of her way to ensure my stay was pleasant made a tremendous difference, and the convenient location, just 13 km from the nearest airport, made it easy to explore the area.

I loved how fresh and spacious the room felt during my three-night stay. The breakfast had great choices that kicked off my days. The relaxation areas were perfect. I especially enjoyed the cozy lounge and the lovely terrace. The only hiccup was the toaster – it either didn’t toast enough or overdid it, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Perfect stay in a fab location!

We had a cozy night in a neat, spacious room! Diagonally across from George Square made it super easy to explore. The in-room breakfast was delicious, too! Just wish the breakfast area was a bit more organized. Still, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help out!

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring good choices that included delicious salads and hearty options, setting a nice tone for the day. Staff interactions varied. while most were friendly and accommodating, one reception experience could have been more polite, as the response felt dismissive when help was requested. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was superb, offering great value for the price.

The location is fantastic, just off busy George Square! The staff was very friendly (got an excellent welcome drink). The bar area makes for a great spot to unwind after exploring Glasgow. Room service was prompt and effective!

The breakfast options could use more variety (the juices ran out quickly), and a full-length mirror would be great for getting ready. Maybe improve towel availability at peak times? That said, I'd still recommend it.
