The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the beach and local amenities. The owners, Denise and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of options and everything was freshly cooked to perfection. The cleanliness of the guest house was impeccable. The only minor drawbacks were that the room was a bit small and there was some noise from the main road. However, considering the excellent location, these were easily overlooked. we highly recommend Acorns Guest House for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Combe Martin.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. Denise and Steve were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, and they gave great advice on local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the poached eggs! The lounge and bar area were perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Parking was a bit tight when the hotel was fully booked.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the village center and just a short walk from Combe Martin beach. Steve would have a great time rock pooling and exploring the beautiful coastal cliff nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for clothes. The separate bathroom was a good size and had ample storage. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing useful information about local attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options. the private parking was convenient for guests.

The room size was a bit small and may not be suitable for older guests who have difficulty getting into bed.

If you're looking for a cozy and comfortable stay, Acorns Guest House is the place to be. The hosts, Steve and Denise, are warm and knowledgeable, always ready to provide helpful information for exploring the area. The guest house is conveniently located right on the South Coast Path, making it easy to access the town and the beautiful beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with faultlessly clean bathrooms. The breakfast options are top-notch, with Steve's scrambled eggs being a standout. You'll also appreciate the small garden at the back of the property, perfect for relaxation.

One minor drawback is that the small double room may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have larger luggage. Be mindful of the controls that protrude out towards you, as they can be a bit of an obstacle.
