The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a handwritten welcome note and a novel to read. The location was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured my stay was enjoyable.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.

The hotel was beautiful with a lovely restaurant and bar area. the family room was spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and one receptionist named Lucy was particularly amazing, resolving any issues with a smile. the breakfast was very good, and the hotel had ample on-site parking.

Some road noise could be heard from the front rooms, so it would be better to request a room at the back facing the car park. there was some noise from the early morning laundry delivery.

Friendly staff, efficient service, comfortable bed, reasonable sized room, good wifi, excellent range of drinks and biscuits.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cadwell Park circuit, with good car parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel manager went out of their way to arrange an early continental breakfast for us.

We had a great time staying at a hotel in Lincolnshire with our group of friends. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, close to all the shops and cafes. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and even found a great spot for coffee nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. it was a fantastic stay.

That there was some noise from other guests in the courtyard below our room.

The room was comfortable with a big bed and the hotel’s location was convenient. It was easy to find and access various restaurants and shops in the area. the staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome upon arrival.

My experience was not great overall. the service was extremely slow, especially during breakfast, with only one person handling every table.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location in the center of town was perfect, with plenty of great eateries nearby. It was also convenient for exploring the attractions in the area. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room amenities. We especially want to mention the two night receptionists who took care of us and the duty manager who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax. the experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this venue.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of Horncastle. We enjoyed exploring the village and visiting the traditional pubs nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely and we had several meals there, including on Saturday night. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The bathroom could have been cleaner though.

One negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, specifically around the shower.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully styled, and we were provided with all the amenities we needed. we couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
