We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Airden House. The location was perfect for our city break, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The narrow staircase leading up to the rooms may be a bit challenging for those with limited mobility or carrying heavy luggage.

Stayed at a lovely accommodation with a welcoming hostess. the room was warm and inviting, and they even provided an extra heater for our comfort. the hostess even prepared snacks for our baby during our travels. Highly recommend for couples and would definitely return in the future. Breakfast was also delicious.

We stayed at Airden House for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect. Heather greeted us warmly and showed us to our gorgeous room. The bed was huge and the entire room was beautifully clean. The bathroom was warm and immaculate, with plenty of towels and toiletries. We had all the amenities we needed, including tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The location was ideal, with the Minster and Railway museum just a short walk away. Despite the central location, the room was quiet and peaceful. The staff were always available to answer any questions. The breakfast each morning was hearty and delicious, made with local produce. We had an excellent stay and look forward to returning next year.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the city center and all the main attractions. We were provided with a map and parking permit, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast was delicious and we had a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.
