Located just on the edge of the north-west walls, the guest house is a mere 10-minute easy walk from the city centre. Getting to the hotel from the train station is a breeze, thanks to its proximity. the rooms are beautifully decorated, with comforts like a comfy bed and home-baked goodies awaiting you. the hosts provide excellent service, offering a delicious full English breakfast and accommodating any requests promptly.

TV reception may be inconsistent on some nights.

The host, Darren, was excellent and really made the experience even better. the breakfast was lovely and a great start to the day. the location was fantastic, just outside the city walls and less than a ten-minute walk through beautiful gardens into the centre. the room was well-furnished and decorated, providing all the necessary comforts. I will definitely go back again due to the hour going forward.

Had a wonderful stay with fantastic hosts who were welcoming and helpful. the attention to detail in the immaculately clean room, along with the delicious breakfasts, made us feel special. We loved the convenient location close to both the train station and the city center, making exploring easy and enjoyable.

Although our room was clean and well-presented, the bed was uncomfortable and the duvet wasn't suitable for the summer months. the toilet system was a bit tricky to use, requiring significant waiting time between flushes.
