Ideal for business purposes.

heating control needs improvement

Great location for visiting relatives in Wilmslow. Warm, attractive room, very quiet, and a comfortable bed. A proper, full-length bath was much appreciated. Breakfast was first class with a good selection of dishes, cooked just how we required it. Lovely outlook onto the back garden. Very clean and plenty of supplies. A member of staff gave us an idea of a good place to visit, Quarry Bank Mill, at Styal, Wilmslow, and we had a super day there thanks to her advice.

We stayed in a lovely cosy room in a beautiful area with easy access to the village. The hotel had good parking and nice sitting areas. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The hotel rooms were small and a little dated.

The food was great and the area was beautiful! the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the nearby National Trust forest and the gardens were lovely.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. the bathroom was small and in need of renovations.

We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is spot on, with stunning views from the hill overlooking the town. It is conveniently near to shops and bars, and within a short walk of the village centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly comfy to sleep in. The new refurbishment of the common areas added a touch of elegance and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, right from the receptionist, were very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The service was impeccable, with quick room service and delicious food. The wide range of drinks in the mini bar was a plus, although a bit expensive. However, complimentary tea and coffee were provided, which we appreciated.

There were a few minor gripes during our stay. when we arrived late after a long drive, the bar had no snacks available, making us quite hungry.

The waiters in the restaurant bar area were friendly and helpful. the service for dinner was good; the table well presented; the menu slightly odd. Good parking. Dinner was good and value for money.

The rooms were very small and stuffy making it difficult to sleep. No fan was provided in my room.

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish and comfortable hotel. The pet-friendly amenities were a big plus, with a lovely garden and plenty of dog waste bins. The staff were amazing, making us feel so welcome and setting up the lounge for us and our dog for meals. The room was spacious and clean, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent welcome from reception, staff were pleasant and helpful. Immaculate Room 12, beautiful restaurant. First-class service and 5* breakfast. Smoked haddock with poached egg was sublime. Lovely grounds and great location. Would definitely return for another stay.
