The family who runs the hotel, Alton and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel bar had an impressive selection of spirits and reasonably priced beers. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with tea and coffee facilities, complimentary water, a TV, and a wardrobe. The location was convenient, with a tram stop right outside the hotel to easily explore the area.

We got great value for our money with a bargain price for a two-night stay at the Alderley Hotel. The newly refurbished room was beautifully clean and the staff gave us a warm greeting. The location was convenient with a tram right outside to take us to the attractions.

The room was modern and well stocked with amenities such as water, tea/coffee, and biscuits. The breakfast selection was great, especially the tasty cooked breakfast. The free parking was a huge bonus. The location was near the south pier with great waterfront views. The host was friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite some minor drawbacks, like thin walls and fluctuating wifi, overall I would recommend this hotel for its value and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast included in all rooms was great. The sea view, for an additional fee, was worth it. Noise from the wet road prevented opening the window. Ian, the manager, was lovely and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable.
