As a light sleeper, I was impressed by the soundproofing in the accommodation. I slept peacefully without any disturbances, thanks to the excellent facilities.

We had an amazing stay at Alexander Residence! Morag, the staff member who checked us in, was incredibly helpful and made sure we understood everything. the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment were outstanding, and it felt very luxurious for our group of twelve friends from university. the location was also perfect, with the town center just a short distance away and some lovely walking trails nearby. And the best part? We got all of this for super affordable prices! We would definitely recommend Alexander Residence to others and we can't wait to stay again!

loved my stay, exceeded expectations. great facilities, easy check-in process, and convenient location. bed in master bedroom could've been better. kids enjoyed it too. would definitely return.

Great value for money, the apartment was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic, with the park and city on our doorstep. The staff were terrific and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a more diverse menu.

Stunning properties. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Superb Ericht apartment with authentic gas fire and comfortable beds. Great showers. Right on the edge of downtown next to a large park. stayed here overnight and it was even better than my previous stay in perth. beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything you could need. the thoughtful welcome pack and convenient location made it an ideal choice. would definitely stay again!
