I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the sea front with stunning views. I also loved how close it was to the shopping center and the Promenade. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the owners to the housekeepers. They were all so friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the area.

We stayed in a room with a beautiful sea view, just a short walk from the old town. The location was perfect, right by the promenade and opposite the beach. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Daniella who made our stay special. The room was comfortable and had convenient facilities like a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The full English breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The stairs up to our room were a bit tiring, especially for my unwell husband.

The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have great showers. The staff is friendly and provided helpful service. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious. Plus, the rooms have fridges and fans, and some even offer a small balcony or a sea view.

The location was convenient with a sea view. The room had a fridge, fan, and Netflix. Plenty of tea and coffee, with nice biscuits.

Lovely hotel, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, the fresh scent was so refreshing. The entire place was spotless and cozy, making me feel right at home. My room had everything I needed and more - hot water, a comfortable mattress, clean sheets, and fluffy pillows. The shower was fantastic, and I loved that the temperature was perfectly controlled. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the beach, and close to the pier, theater, and plenty of dining options. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a seaside getaway.

my recent stay in hastings was perfect thanks to the lovely atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff at alexanders. i had a beautiful view of the water and pier right from my room, and the receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. highly recommend!

Great value for money, clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the beach. The staff at Alexanders were fantastic - Daniela was welcoming, helpful, and made our stay perfect. The location was fantastic, close to a shopping center and within walking distance to the pier and the old town.

Lovely stay at Alexanders! Our room had a beautiful sea view and was tastefully decorated. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the seafront and town. Plus, the free overnight parking was a great bonus. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds and the recently revamped bathroom. The small balcony and fridge in the room were nice touches. Great value for the price!
