We got great value for our money with a spacious family room that had both twin beds and a superking. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the staff treated us very well.

The customer service in the restaurant was amazing. the young lady was very friendly and helpful. She made our dining experience enjoyable. Also, the bed in the room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the lack of communication from the reception staff was frustrating.

My recent stay at Oakhill was absolutely delightful. The room I stayed in had breathtaking views and was extremely affordable. The dinner at the hotel was so delicious that I couldn't resist staying in for the evening. The cozy lounge added to the perfect atmosphere. The next morning, I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. this was one of the nicest stays I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful world heritage site with stunning views. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered superbly cooked meals, adding a touch of luxury to our holiday.

The only downside was that the curtains in our room were quite thin, so the early morning light woke us up. However, this was easily resolved by wearing an eye mask.

The room felt grubby and had a constant smell of bathroom cleaner. The king size bed was actually two separate beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

There were a couple of issues that slightly spoiled our stay. the curtains in our room were too thin, and we were disturbed by the brightness of the security lights outside.
