I always return because this place suits me perfectly. the staff helped me with my bags on my first visit. With great amenities like Wi-Fi, golf, and beach access, I’m excited to come back for my holiday again!

the location was perfect, just minutes from a beautiful beach and close to various eateries. Our room was comfortable and clean, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a nice shower and ample space. the WiFi worked well, and we appreciated the daily replenishment of tea and coffee supplies. We received a key for easy access, allowing us to come and go at our leisure.

We encountered some issues with luggage storage, as facilities were limited and inconvenient.

it was just a minute's walk away. the friendly and accommodating staff were always available to assist with any inquiries, and I appreciated the ample parking spaces nearby, making my visit hassle-free.

I stayed for a weekend to participate in the Gorleston Cliffs parkrun and volunteer at the Juniors parkrun. the hotel is just a short walk from the beach and town, making it super convenient. My room was cozy, spotless, and equipped with all I needed, plus the bed was incredibly comfy. Dave, the manager, went above and beyond to be helpful, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Bonus points for the free street parking!

The hotel had a lovely, clean room and fantastic staff who warmly welcomed me and my dog. It’s in a great location near a beautiful beach, and there's ample free parking. no breakfast was available, and there were a few missing amenities. it was a pleasant stay, but I wish the taxi refund issue had been handled better.

Great Location with Comfortable Rooms

I appreciated the fantastic location close to the beach and the clean, comfortable room that offered plenty of space. the ability to come and go freely with the provided key added to the convenience of my stay. the overall cleanliness, particularly in shared areas and bathrooms, needs considerable improvement.

I had a pretty great stay! the staff were super welcoming and really accommodating, even providing a travel cot and high chair for breakfast which was fantastic, especially with the little one. the location couldn’t have been better, just a hop away from the stunning Gorleston beach, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were clean and the shower worked well, plus the breakfasts were decent—just right for the price.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious single room equipped with attractive carpeting and excellent amenities. the good WiFi, TV, and tea and coffee making facilities were constantly replenished, which made it feel welcoming. the en suite bathroom was fantastic, with a user-friendly shower. Plus, being just a short stroll from the beach was a major bonus. the comfortable bed and easy access made it a truly pleasant experience.
