The hotel room was well-equipped, and the cleanliness was up to standard. the location of the hotel was great, it had a supermarket nearby and a bus stop just around the corner. They also had free tea and coffee, plus the toiletries provided were lovely. the staff was helpful and available.

The temperature of the hotel room was unbearable. the window barely opened and there was no air conditioning.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is really close to the city centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of storage space for my belongings. The bathroom was also new and had a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt secure with the use of card passes and CCTV. it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The room did get quite hot, especially in warmer weather, as there was no air conditioning or fans.
