I had an amazing stay at Clermont London, Charing Cross. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the plush towels made me feel like I was in a brand new hotel. The shower was amazing and provided a refreshing experience. The central location was perfect, right next to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the in-room refreshments were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who made us feel right at home. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and next to the Charing Cross tube station. It made getting around so convenient for us as tourists.

This place is amazing! With its convenient location above a train station, getting around was a breeze. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed like a comfy sitting area, separate tub and shower, and even an in-room safe. Best of all, the staff made helpful arrangements and suggestions throughout my stay. The fitness centre and bar/lounge area were also great spots to unwind.

Convenient location near Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. Executive lounge offers excellent wine selection and hot bites. Breakfast in the lounge is top-notch, with the option to order from the main menu. Room comes with a complimentary mini-bar and Nespresso machine.

The complimentary afternoon tea was a very special experience, complete with delicious snacks and tea served in a lovely setting. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. I highly recommend staying here.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with several tube lines nearby and easy access to the center of the city. Everything from theaters to restaurants to famous tourist attractions is within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely bar offering a choice of scrumptious cocktails. The restaurant has a wonderful historic view of London, and the menu offerings are concise and well-presented. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room is comfortable, with a great bathroom and free soft drink minibar.

The hotel stay was not as pleasant as expected. However, there were a couple of complimentary surprises that made us happy. Lastly, the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with Charing Cross station just outside and other transport options nearby.
