There was a lovely surprise waiting for us in our room, as we found two large beds instead of one. The room was immaculately clean and had plenty of space for our baby to crawl around. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious, and the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I arrived late and needed information. The location was perfect, as it was situated between the town and the lake, making it easy to walk to both. Additionally, the hotel had its own car park, which was a big bonus. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great buffet selection and delicious sausages. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Ambleside Townhouse for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our car in the car park after checking out and even allowing us back into our room to change after a rainy walk. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, right in the heart of town.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided a travel cot for our baby, making our stay even more convenient. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, with a variety of fantastic dining options just a short walk away. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

This hotel was a great place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. the beds were incredibly comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary tea and biscuits in our room. the location was perfect for exploring the town and it was easy to walk to all the local attractions. We especially enjoyed the tasty breakfasts served in the open plan dining room - they were a great way to start our day of sightseeing.

That the bathroom was a bit small and the shelf over the sink was awkward to use. the window by the toilet was plain and we had to keep the blind down for privacy.
