Great value for money with clean and tidy rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the edge of town, making it easy to explore. The host was friendly and always available to help.

Menu for breakfast could have been expanded with more choices.

The apartment was so close to the university, it practically rolled out of bed and into class. The seating area was perfect for lounging around and the bedrooms were cozy and clean.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of having the Birmingham Airport right on my doorstep. So convenient, but a bit noisy.

We loved the central location of Ambrose Apartments as it was very close to the town centre. This was especially convenient for us as we were traveling with our elderly Mother. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. We were also pleased with the prompt resolution of an issue we had with the freezer upon arrival, thanks to the great host. The independence of having three separate bedrooms was also a plus. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with enough space for everyone.

Our stay at the apartments was mind-blowing! Natalia was super welcoming and gave us jaw-dropping suggestions. The location was fantastic, right in the midst of town. The clean rooms had amazing artwork and the bathrooms were well stocked. The property host, Mr. Tom, was extremely helpful and kind, providing us with the best directions to the city. The central location suited our group of 5 friends perfectly, with comfortable beds and enough space for all of us. The apartment was well-furnished and spotlessly clean, with fluffy white towels and new bedding. The little touches like biscuits, water, milk, and tea and coffee were much appreciated. We also had the bonus of an off-site car park, good wifi, and a smooth key handover. Highly recommended for small groups of up to 6!

The apartment at Ambrose was impeccably clean and had thoughtful touches like toiletries and breakfast provisions. The modern kitchen and bathroom were well-maintained. Despite a minor issue with parking, the communication from the host was excellent. The location was great, close to the town center. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The host resolved a freezer problem quickly. I would recommend this accommodation.

I recently stayed at a centrally located apartment in Cheltenham called Ambrose. The apartment was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities one could need.
