My recent stay at this cabin was perfect for my hillwalking trip. The location is ideal for both low level walks and higher climbs, with popular peaks like Ben Venue and Ben Ledi nearby. Despite the rainy weather, the cabin provided a cozy and well-equipped base for my adventures. The host was friendly and helpful, providing a comprehensive booklet with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The cabin itself had everything I needed, including heaters to keep me warm. The small town location was convenient, with a store and several restaurants within a short walk. a great stay and I would definitely return.

During my recent stay at An Carraig Log Cabin, I was impressed by the warm welcome from our host. She personally greeted us upon arrival and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property. She even provided us with a spare key and detailed instructions in case we misplaced the main one. Her helpfulness and willingness to answer any questions made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

Loved the "complimentary WiFi" that barely worked and the "private parking" that was a mile away. The "array of activities" included counting raindrops and watching paint dry on the flat-screen TV. Glasgow Airport felt like a world away.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin villa. It was well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area was stunning. We enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness of the location, as well as the beautiful walks with our dog. The cabin provided everything we needed, from fresh bedding and towels to tea, coffee, and even washing up equipment. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and our favorite part was relaxing by the log fire on our last night. it was a perfect weekend getaway and we can't wait to return.
