the room was clean and pet-friendly, with easy access to the outdoors. my disabled father found the hotel to be easily accessible and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the meals offered were delicious and the overall atmosphere was bright and welcoming.

Convenient location for our special event, clean and cozy atmosphere, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent cooked-to-order meals and friendly, attentive staff. the unexpected room key mishap was swiftly resolved by the efficient team. Enjoyed relaxation on the sun terrace and in the garden with beach umbrellas. Nearby Shouldam Warren and Adrian Flux Arena provided unique family bonding experiences.

The clean room had a direct garden access which was perfect for quick walks. the staff, especially Matthew, his sister, and the helpful lady at Reception, were fantastic. They made us feel very welcome and ensured my disabled father could easily move around. the food quality was excellent, with personalized cooked-to-order meals. a bright, cozy hotel with great service and facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pet-friendly policy at the hotel. the room was impeccably clean and didn't have any lingering pet odors. My disabled father could easily access all hotel areas with the provided ramps.

The location was convenient with a picnic table by the door for outdoor enjoyment. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Door to room opened directly to garden for dog access.

Nearby A10 traffic noise could disturb sleep.

The staff at this hotel were delightful, serving a lemon sorbet to freshen our palettes before our main meal. the owner even offered to cook for us, which was a sweet gesture. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were lovely, with a variety of options including packed lunches and special diet menus. the breakfast, cooked by a skilled chef, was excellent, with lovely china cups and a wide selection to choose from. the outdoor dining area and garden were relaxing, perfect for enjoying the surrounding countryside.

Enjoyed some good nosh in the cozy joint and felt posh in the gardens. Got decent shut-eye on a soft bed.

Had a blast being scolded and charged extra for my pooch at the "friendly" hotel.

Just stayed at a lovely hotel near Downham Market with amazing breakfast. the evening meal was fabulous, warm room, and friendly staff. the dog LOVED the field. Would choose again! Some rooms look better in photos.
