There was a horrible smell on the landing which they tried to mask with a strong air freshener. our room was a little cold and the water temperature of the shower was not hot enough.

the angel at bourne was a pleasant surprise after my previous stay in bourne. the room was clean and cozy, with comfy beds and a good shower. the staff were cheerful and friendly. the highlight was definitely the delicious english breakfast that kept us fueled for our day of strolling around.
