A Gem in the Heart of Town

After a long day of exploring, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this centrally located hotel. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a ground floor room with a walk-in shower, which made it convenient for my needs. The receptionist, Dawn, was exceptionally helpful in resolving a small issue with the lights in my room, ensuring that everything was fixed promptly. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of soundproofing and squeaky floorboards, the charm of this old pub/restaurant/hotel gave it a unique character. The food, although not exceptional, was reasonably priced and satisfying. staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience that I would recommend.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The food served at the hotel was excellent and offered great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday roast dinner, which was one of the best we've ever had. The hotel also provided small touches like a fan and a heater in the bedrooms, which were very useful.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the bathroom lacked a cling bar and bath mat, which made the bath slippery and unsafe.

I stayed at Angel Hotel for a night after attending a wedding nearby. The location was perfect, right on the high street. The bar had a great selection of beer and drinks, and the food was delicious. The highlight for me was the powerful shower in my bathroom, which was a refreshing end to a night of dancing.

I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely old pub/restaurant/hotel in a picturesque town. Lots of charm, ample parking, and close to local amenities. Reasonably priced pub food. Spacious and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. Fantastic staff offering VIP treatment. Spotlessly clean, with crisp bed linen. Good breakfast.

The location of the hotel was highly convenient, with ample parking available. the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. One particular staff member even offered to store my fresh food in their refrigerator. I found this to be a thoughtful and considerate gesture.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. While my bedroom and bed linen were clean, the general areas of the hotel were shabby and in need of a facelift.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location in the town centre was very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a good car park, which made it hassle-free for us to park our car. The reception ladies were lovely and made the check-in and out process quick and easy. Our room was clean and quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was recently upgraded, and the shower was powerful. we were satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, location, and staff of this hotel.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right on the Main Street with shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were very good, providing excellent service. The rooms, although a little small and crammed in, were well-provisioned with basic amenities like a fan, heater, and ironing board. The breakfast, priced at £11, was average but included lovely options like smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

No major issues, everything was ok during my stay.

I recently stayed at the Angel Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, particularly when I accidentally left something behind in my room. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town shops and attractions. I also enjoyed the well-stocked bar and my room was exceptionally comfortable. On one occasion when my food order went slightly off-menu, the staff kindly offered me a complimentary coffee. the location and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay at the Angel Hotel a delightful experience.

We had a great stay at a hotel just a short walk from the wedding venue. The staff at Angel were so friendly and accommodating, even giving us a complimentary breakfast when we mentioned the small bed and room size. Despite the size, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept well. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including free wifi, a hair dryer, and an iron. It was also accessible 24 hours a day, making it convenient for our late return from the wedding.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect as it is situated on the main street of the charming town. It was great for my business engagement and made everything easily accessible. Despite the noise and too much light in the room, the spaciousness made up for it with a couple of comfortable easy chairs to relax in. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were always attentive to my needs. The basic amenities were satisfactory, although the rooms could use some refurbishing. Breakfast was a highlight with a generous portion of meat, roast potato, fresh veggies, and a delicious gravy pot.

All in all, everything was just fine at this hotel.

I usually book a double room for the extra space and bigger bed, and I was not disappointed. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with excellent bed linen. The location of the hotel in Market Harborough was excellent, very convenient for exploring the town. Another bonus was the free parking, which is always a plus.
