I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is fantastic, right in the center of town and by the river. I loved sitting on the moorings and enjoying the beautiful view of the river. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially in assisting my mother who has limited mobility. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The staff offered us excellent service and were particularly helpful in assisting my mother.

The restaurant in the hotel is nicely furnished with wooden beams and a large fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location of the hotel is in a very pretty area, close to several restaurants. the room was recently refurbished and spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV for convenience.

There were some issues with the service, such as slow breakfast delivery and a lack of attentive staff.

angel inn continues to impress. clean, cosy rooms with friendly staff. even without catering, bar was open. perfect location for exploring, especially the town and worcester. lovely drinks in the bar and gardens. delicious cooked breakfast. will definitely return.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent food. Private field for dogs. Tudor wall painting in foyer. Quiet room with blackout curtains. Temp checks and mask-wearing staff. Very friendly and dog-friendly, with well-appointed suite. Beautiful and cozy, with tasty food. Great value, will return.

We were delighted by the cozy and spotless room overlooking the vibrant garden and river. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with good pillows and a suitable duvet. The staff treated us like individuals and even complimented my going-out dress. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served in a charming room, and the hotel had a characterful atmosphere. The garden was adorned with beautiful flowers, adding to the overall charm.

What a find! We simply can’t fault this lovely place. The staff were amazing. We couldn’t get a taxi back from a family event, so they went the extra mile and sent staff to pick us up! The room was Devine. So relaxing and the freshly cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend this small hotel and wish we could have stayed more than one night. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff provided excellent service and were especially helpful with my mother who has limited mobility. This place is definitely managed well, as it has been around for years.

The staff at Angel Inn were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and they made us feel at home. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a great selection and delicious options to choose from. the service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Drawback: One minor issue was the heater in our room, which made a loud clanking noise when it turned on or off. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Enjoyed our new year's stay with great hospitality, and a lovely garden view from our room. the breakfast offered varied selections of hot and cold items, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel is located in a convenient area close to shops and restaurants.

Our room needed some maintenance work, as the wallpaper was peeling off and the carpet was dirty. the room had an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore.
