We stayed at Ann Tysons House for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The location in the heart of Hawkshead was perfect for exploring the village and enjoying the nearby pubs and restaurants. The room was cosy, clean, and beautifully decorated, and we had our own private parking space. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast served in the nearby B+B was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary tickets to Brantwood House. We can't wait to come back!

Had a great Easter stay in a charming cottage. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a picturesque village. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the bed was really cozy. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the cooked breakfast.

The appearance of the rooms could use some updating, but it wasn't a major issue. The plumbing was a bit unreliable, with showers running hot and cold, which made it difficult to shower.

I was warmly welcomed and treated like family at this cosy, oldy-worldy hotel in Hawkshead. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room had a lovely, cosy atmosphere. The staff, including an 83-year-old lady, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was excellent, with free parking nearby. Our room was comfortable and the bed was great.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay, such as the daily bed-making and the lovely decor of the rooms.

I had a delightful stay in a charming ground floor cottage at Ann Tysons House. The elderly lady who welcomed me was warm and helpful, making me feel right at home. The private parking space, although a bit difficult to find, was a bonus. The village itself was lovely, with beautiful walks nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
