We chose Anne's House for a unique experience and were not disappointed. From start to finish, the attention to detail from the hosts made our stay feel special. The locally sourced breakfast, made with love, was a standout. The hosts' warm and welcoming manner created a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and our room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy, and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was a calming and relaxing experience. we cannot recommend Anne's House highly enough for the exceptional experience it provided.

Our short stay at this hotel was incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The decor was elegant and full of color, adding to the luxurious feel of the venue. Our room was spacious and featured exclusive amenities, such as high-quality teas and homemade biscuits. The bathroom was modern and well designed, with lovely toiletries. Breakfast was perfect, with locally sourced ingredients and special diet menus available. The private facilities were outstanding and added to the feeling of exclusivity.

The only minor issue we experienced was the small size and poor quality of the TV. However, this was not a significant factor for us as we don't watch much TV while on vacation.

We had the most amazing stay at Anne's House Bed & Breakfast in Hastings! It was the perfect base for exploring the town and surrounding areas. We loved that we could easily walk into town, although we made sure to note that it gets dark late at night. The BnB was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. The attention to detail was superb, with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and thoughtful amenities such as body wash, tissues. Olivia and Michael truly thought of everything, even providing homemade biscuits and fresh milk daily. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options and fresh orange juice served in a beautiful dining room. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the garden and being treated to tea and cake in the afternoon. We will definitely be back when we visit Hastings again!

My Christmas experience at this hotel was fabulous! The hotel staff was very charming and attentive; they made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the homemade biscuits and lovely smelling toiletries that were provided. Breakfast was beyond perfect, including locally made bread and fresh fruits. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal; it was close to many tourist attractions and shops.

I had a little difficulty locating the hotel; it would have been helpful if the directions were clearer.
