Great location near popular wedding venues and local amenities. Excellent food at the nearby pub and guest house. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms with nice extras like champagne, chocolates, and fluffy bathrobes. Helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully presented, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is in a perfect location, just across the road from the wedding venue at Gretna Green, making it convenient for bridal couples or guests attending a wedding. It is also a great central base for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a choice of a Full English or Full Scottish. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great value for money, friendly staff and very clean. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from the wedding venue. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. , we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfortable bed. It was a great base for exploring the local area, and there was easy parking available.

There really wasn't much to dislike about our stay. The only thing that could have been improved was the limited storage space in our room.

The Anvil Guest House across from The Blacksmiths Shop was a perfect place for our wedding. The room was lovely and spacious, allowing us to get ready comfortably.
