Pros": We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic, and our room was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and even an Espresso machine! The location couldn't have been better, right across from the tram stop and with a breathtaking sea view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was right on the south shore, opposite the beach. The convenience of having the Waterloo Road tram stop just across the road made it easy to explore the area. The room was equipped with modern technology and had plenty of tea and coffee facilities. the spacious room provided a great view of the surroundings.

The cleanliness of the hotel fell short as some areas had dust and stained bedding.

We had a fantastic stay right on the sea front, with a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The location was perfect, as we were very close to the beach and just a short walk away from the main shopping area, the tower, and the Pleasure Beach. The hotel facilities were adequate, with clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. Parking was conveniently available in front of the building, and there was even a vending machine with snacks and essentials right outside our room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the seafront, making it easy to access the other end of the promenade. The room had a beautiful view of the sea, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

There were some issues with noise in the hotel, especially from hens and stags, which made it less ideal for families with young children.

Excellent location, just a short walk to popular attractions and the beach. Lovely bar area nearby, great for socializing and relaxing after a day out. Perfect view from the room, especially enjoyable during sunset.

Dirty apartment, with stains on the bed linen and unclean surfaces. The oven and toilet were in a disgusting condition, not suitable for use.

This made it convenient for us to enjoy the attractions in the area. the apartment we stayed in had a good size and the shower had a good power and stayed hot for a good while. the kitchen area was decent, although the tap pressure was minimal.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with multiple reviews stating that it had not been properly cleaned.
