The apartment was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the extras like condiments and toiletries. it was a fantastic experience with friendly staff and all the amenities I needed.

Despite arriving late on a Saturday night, I received all the necessary information via email and the owner personally showed me to my clean and well-appointed room. The location was perfect and I found the flat to be spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. a great experience at Quay Head View.

The double bed and bunk beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. we had a great time in Stranraer.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the check-in procedure could be more user-friendly. It would also be nice to have a blind over the window on the front door to block out light at night.

Dusty lampshades.

We loved the stunning view from the lounge window, overlooking the sea. The location was perfect, being close to the centre and all the attractions we wanted to visit in this city. Plus, there were plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. We also appreciated the owner's warm welcome, as he personally showed us around and explained how everything worked in the apartment. The cleanliness and high standards of the apartment were evident, with no expenses spared in its construction. The staff were patient and helpful, providing us with all the necessary codes and information over the phone. it was a great base for exploring the surrounding borders area and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is opposite the Chinese restaurant and very close to the town centre. The view from the room overlooking the harbour is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen and even a washing machine. The caretaker, Mandy, provides exceptional service and ensures a warm welcome. The apartment is warm and cosy, with comfortable furnishings.

There were limited kitchen utensils and some cooking needs required creativity.
