I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Appledore Factory. The loft space was spacious and stylish, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The panoramic windows in the lounge offered stunning views of the sea, making it a joy to relax and take in the surroundings. The property exceeded my expectations in every way and I couldn't fault its location. Additionally, the warm welcome I received from the host made me feel right at home.

We stayed at the modern and clean apartment in a wonderful location with views over the estuary. the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. the loft was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We loved watching the boats on the estuary while enjoying breakfast. the restaurant downstairs served amazing food, and we also enjoyed dining at other local establishments in the charming village of Appledore.

I booked a last-minute stay at the loft apartment and it surpassed my expectations. The modern design and beautiful views were incredible. The kitchen had everything I needed and the host, Ange, was lovely and provided helpful recommendations. The restaurant staff were also amazing. Plus, having Netflix was a great bonus. I wish I had stayed longer than one night.

The apartment is located right on the quay with a fabulous Pizza Restaurant underneath, providing the opportunity to order delicious food directly from the restaurant below. The room was comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the river. The bathroom had an excellent shower and the service provided by the host was fantastic. there are good breakfast options just a short walk away.

The only access to the accommodation is through the restaurant, which might not be convenient for everyone.

Parking was a challenge.

The apartment was very clean and well-designed, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. the location was perfect, with great views over the estuary and watching the rowing boats was a highlight. the restaurant downstairs was excellent, offering delicious food and great service.

The beds could have been more comfortable, especially the singles which seemed smaller than average. It was fine for small children, but for adults it was not ideal.

The need to be cautious of the low beam over the bed in the converted loft space. Another minor inconvenience was having to carry luggage up two flights of stairs.

our long weekend at the loft in appledore was absolutely perfect. the space was beautifully light and airy, with stunning rooftop views of the river. the well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was ideal, with easy access to both westward ho! and bideford. we highly recommend the restaurant downstairs and john's deli next door for a delicious breakfast.

It provided a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of north Devon. the apartment itself was stylish and well-designed, with a comfortable and warm atmosphere. the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel relaxed and at home. One of the best aspects was the option to have delicious pizza delivered straight to our door from the restaurant downstairs. It was a real treat!

Although the apartment was lovely overall, there were a few minor issues. It would have been helpful to have a cheese grater and ice available in the kitchen.
