The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was amazing with plenty of fresh fruit options like grapes, melon, strawberries, and pineapple.

The floorspace in the ensuite bathroom was a bit tight.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Apsley House with my friends. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room, located downstairs, was surprisingly lovely and even had double doors leading to a beautiful garden. Although the B&B didn't offer dinner, we enjoyed a lovely bottle of red wine from the honesty bar and had a comfortable evening in the sitting room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The price was reasonable, although we were a bit surprised that there was no turndown service. However, it didn't affect our overall experience at all.

The staff were not very attentive and seemed disinterested in our romantic escape. We had to repeatedly request simple items like towels and pillows, and the room was not cleaned thoroughly.
