We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel surrounded by beautiful grounds. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in these picturesque grounds made it easy to explore the local area, including the nearby sea and a delightful pub within walking distance. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

the location was perfect for our family, with tranquil surroundings and a quality historic property. the rooms were spacious and the common areas were great. the bed met modern expectations and we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and swimming pool. the view of the garden from our room was amazing. We also appreciated the proximity to the coastal path and a nearby pub that served delicious food. the breakfast, especially the free-range eggs, was superb. a fantastic stay!

As bike riders, we loved the proximity to beautiful cycling routes and trails. The rural setting provided a picturesque backdrop for our rides.

We had a very clean and spacious room, and it was reasonably priced. the location was excellent, with a short walk to the waterside and a lovely waterfront pub nearby. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and homemade.

There was no signage or reception, so it was difficult to know where to go and we felt like an imposition. It would have been nice to receive a more welcoming and friendly farewell.

We got great value for our money at Apuldram Manor Farm. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had stunning views of the garden. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety, aside from the excellent quality of the full English breakfast.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the luxury continental breakfast and excellent cooked breakfast options. The room was huge, set up as a lounge, and the private stairs to our bathroom were a nice touch. Everything was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and supportive. Before our arrival, we received a text assuring us that all surfaces had been sanitized, which was very reassuring. We also took a stunning walk along the estuary from the property, with great directions provided. The sunset views were breathtaking, and we even had a meal at a pub overlooking the water. it was a great stay!

Wow, we got such a great deal for our money at this lovely B&B just outside Dell Quay! The room was huge, with a separate wash basin, toilet, and shower, and the bed was so comfortable. We had amazing views of the gardens from the large windows. The staff, especially Hayley, were exceptional; they were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The little touches in the room, like the sweets, tea, and fresh milk, were such a nice bonus. And the location was perfect, with a great pub just a short walk away and Portsmouth's hovercraft and ferries to the Isle of Wight a short drive away. we had a fantastic stay!

In terms of breakfast choices, it would have been great to have more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at Apuldram Manor Farm Bed & Breakfast. the room was beautifully furnished with lovely finishing touches. the large bed was incredibly comfortable, and the powerful shower was excellent. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the rural location, which was conveniently close to an excellent pub/restaurant on Ichenor Creek. the owner provided some interesting history about the character historic manor house. it was a lovely experience that exceeded my expectations. the breakfast served in the dining room was also delicious and hot.
