We stayed at Arcadian City Centre for a weekend getaway. The facilities were spotless, and we had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to an iron and ironing board. The host was welcoming and gave us a quick tour. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the fan for the warm nights.

The apartment was very well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities, including pots, pans, and even an iron and hair dryer. It was also located very close to shops and a Tesco supermarket, making it convenient for getting groceries. The WiFi connection was excellent and the smart TV with Netflix was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience during our stay. Additionally, the location was superb, being just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham Bullring and close to the city center and Christmas market.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. the apartment was spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had plenty of clean towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, there were beautiful views from the balcony, adding to the overall charm of the place.

There were stains on the carpets and walls, and the kitchen sink was dirty upon arrival. the communication regarding the check-out time was also unclear, leading to a rushed exit.
