I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely incredible, overlooking the loch. The stylish decor and extremely comfortable bed made me feel right at home. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and the shower was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was of a very high standard, with a variety of options to choose from. I also loved the inclusion of the honesty bar, it was such a brilliant addition. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative, genuinely caring about their guests. The hotel was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to all amenities in this city. There was also ample parking available for guests. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, particularly compared to the very overpriced and low-quality options we found elsewhere.

It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast! It was customized to our liking and was a great way to start the day.

That the heating in our room wasn't turned on when we arrived, making the room and bathroom quite chilly. This made it uncomfortable to take a shower.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic, with the option to pre-order ensuring no wastage. The owners, Lisa and her son, were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying longer next time.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was exceptional with beautiful views of the woods and an en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower. The house had a lovely dining room where tea, coffee, and cake were available all day, and we could enjoy the stunning views of the bay from comfortable lounges. The patio in the garden was a perfect place to relax and admire the views. The breakfast menu was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the self-service cereal and toast station was a thoughtful touch. It was clear that a lot of effort had been put into managing the house and taking care of its guests.

The views of the loch and town were simply spectacular, and there were laminated cards in the room with great suggestions for nearby walks and activities. The bed was comfortable, and the skylights made the room feel bright and airy. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the property was exceptionally clean. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we didn't hear much noise from neighboring rooms. The exterior and interiors were beautifully maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive. it was one of my best experiences in Scotland.
