We had a wonderful stay at Arena House! The location was so convenient, just a stone's throw away from the stadium for the football match we attended. The room was clean and cozy, and we were allowed to park and settle into our room early. Kevin, the host, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend Arena House for anyone visiting the area.

The room had plenty of daylight and good blinds for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was superb, not too central but close enough to easily travel into Manchester. The owners went above and beyond, even helping us with collecting football tickets. We highly recommend Arena House for its great hosts, cleanliness, and convenient location.

I had such a warm welcome at this cozy bed and breakfast. The owner, Kevin, made sure I felt right at home and even took the time to show me to my immaculate room. The amenities were impressive with a comfortable bed, a TV for entertainment, and a refreshing cup of cappuccino waiting for me. The bathroom facilities were spotless, stocked with all the essentials, and conveniently located just across the hall. Parking was available on-site, adding to the convenience of my stay. The location of the B&B was perfect, just a short walk away from the Etihad Stadium where I was attending a concert. I will definitely be returning to Arena House on my next visit. Thanks, Kevin!

I stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast for one night before an important interview. Kevin, the host, was incredibly friendly and organized, even arranging check-in via text. The room had everything I needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toiletries and towels. The peaceful atmosphere ensured a great night's sleep. The hosts were so kind and even let me park my car in their driveway. I would highly recommend this place.

The room was clean and well-presented, with tea and coffee making facilities provided. the location was convenient and quiet, with a good night's sleep assured. there was a microwave available for me to reheat my food, which was a great bonus.

There were shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, which wasn't my preferred choice. the kitchen could only be used at certain times, which was a bit inconvenient, and there were no nearby restaurants for alternative options.
