Our recent stay at Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, the customer service was exceptional, and it continued throughout our entire stay. The receptionist took the time to go through everything with us and even upgraded our room for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was immaculate and luxurious, with a spacious shower and bath.

We also enjoyed the delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. it was a superb experience with outstanding service, stunning views, and relaxing spa facilities.

The disorganised afternoon tea event we attended, which took longer than expected to receive our food and had some issues with the vegetarian option.

I also appreciated the discount offered for entry to the Wildlife Centre on the estate, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.

We have been to this hotel three times now and we always have a fantastic stay. the traditional lounges with log fires create a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. We prefer the older part of the house and find it more charming. the spa facilities are top-notch, and sitting in the outside hot tub while looking out over the gardens is absolutely wonderful. the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient without being intrusive. the cooked-to-order breakfast offers a nice variety, and the restaurant is elegant and lovely. We highly recommend indulging in their high tea, and the dinner options are excellent. the hotel's beauty and decor are picture-perfect.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like refreshments that were replenished in the evening. The service at the hotel was seamless and professional, creating a memorable experience. the food and drink served at the hotel were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was delightful, creating a pleasant stay.

It would have been nice if there were more regular check-ins from the staff during afternoon tea to ensure everything was okay.
