The hotel was clean and our room had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and TV. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We would definitely come back again!

We arrived at around 10am, to be told the hotel was overbooked. The young lad at Arnies was fantastic and waived the parking fee due to the situation. He assured us that when we returned later there would be a room ready for us. The hotel let us keep our car in their car park for the entire stay, as the new hotel didn't have parking facilities. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the location was great. The Seaview from the room was nice, despite the windows being heavily soiled. The manager on-site was pleasant and helpful. The recently decorated room had a comfortable bed and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and the manager even helped me with my flat battery.

Our stay at Arnies was amazing. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome. The room was warm, clean, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed a fantastic cooked breakfast every morning with plenty of choices for the kids. The parking was convenient, right outside the hotel. it was a great value for money experience. Shower curtain kept falling down.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Blackpool and had a great experience. The staff at Arnies Hotel were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. They even waived the parking fee due to a room mix-up. The room we stayed in was warm, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The cooked breakfast was excellent and offered plenty of choices. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay at Arnies again.

We had a fantastic stay at Arnies. The location was perfect, right by the beachfront, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great hosts, made us feel very welcome. Easy going place, just ask if you need anything at all. The room was warm, clean and the beds were comfy. Parking right outside was convenient. The cooked breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice for the kids as well. The central location was a key advantage, making it easy to explore the area. We loved the fact that the hotel provided clean towels and replenished the coffee equipment every day.

A draft under the front door, but that's something that can't really be helped. it was a crackin little place and we had an excellent time during our romantic escape.

I recently stayed at Arnies in between South and Central piers for exercise purposes. The new manager was incredibly accommodating, and the staff were lovely. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and despite being on the front, there was minimal traffic or street noise, resulting in a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. Additionally, the free parking out front was a bonus.
