We had an incredible stay at this first-class hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The owners, Gill and Ash, were polite and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a hair dryer to toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had deep, restful sleeps. The breakfasts were exceptional, with a choice of veggie and full English options and plenty of toast, cereal, and tea/coffee to fuel us for the day. The location was perfect, close to both the city center and a quiet beach. it was a complete respite for us and made our holiday truly memorable.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and we were impressed with the warm welcome that we received. the staff was always helpful and friendly. the hotel is situated in a key location, very close to the beach and not far from the town centre. We liked that we had free parking available for our car.

Our room was too hot and we did not find any way to regulate the temperature. We had to keep the windows partially open, which was not ideal for safety reasons.

This hotel is perfectly located just off the seafront, making it convenient for beach lovers and amusement park enthusiasts. You can walk right out of the hotel and be on top of the beach and amusements. The Venetian gardens are also just a short stroll away, providing a lovely green space to relax in. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is great, ensuring you start your day off right.

There is one drawback - some of the public areas in the hotel could use a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the centre but far enough away not to be bothered with the late-night noise. It was also conveniently located near the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the seaside. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and modern rooms that were very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were amazing - very helpful, polite, and friendly.

The proximity to the beach was a major highlight, just a quick walk across the road and we were there. the location was convenient, with the pier and other facilities within a ten-minute walk, and there was a bus stop nearby. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's preferences.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room allocation was not as requested. the cleanliness of the room was also lacking, with bleach stains on the bed covers and pillows, chocolate on the floor, and overall dustiness.
