The hotel exceeded my expectations with its convenient location, just a short walk away from Crawley Station. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. I also had the chance to try their restaurant, The Grill, and the food was really delicious. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I'm in the area.

Great rooms and friendly staff! the rooms at this hotel were really pleasant and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed, including a tea/coffee tray, fridge, and safe. the room was quiet, even though we were near the railway line. the staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful, and they even corrected a few mistakes on our bill. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It offers direct access to the railway station, making it easy to travel to Gatwick airport, London, or the coast.
