I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Broadstairs. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of town and just a short walk from the beach. The room was full of character, with lovely little touches that made it feel unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast was included and it had good ingredients, perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring. The porridge was especially delicious!

A bit of noise from the venue across the street, but it wasn't a major issue.

We really got great value for our money at this place. The room design was unique and the coffee shop/breakfast room was wonderful. The location, just steps away from the beach, was perfect. The staff, especially Neal, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxed stay.

The breakfast was great, unbeatable location, polite and professional staff, tastefully decorated bedroom with a beautiful bath, fluffy and fresh towels.

I recently stayed at Artfuls for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. The hosts, Neal and Michael, were incredibly attentive and helped me make restaurant reservations in the busy town. The themed rooms, especially the Victorian and the Orient, were beautifully decorated and featured luxurious roll top baths. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right by the beach. The personalized breakfasts were delicious and the staff always had great recommendations for activities. The coffee and cake selection in the evenings was a lovely touch. I can't wait to stay here again!

The breakfast was tasty and abundant, with fresh fruit and a variety of options to choose from. the bedding was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. It was great that the hotel was located within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. the location was convenient and added to the experience.

There were a few aspects that detracted from my stay. the checking in process was slow and somewhat disorganized due to staff multitasking with serving cafe customers.

the most beautiful and clean rooms, with high-standard individually themed bedrooms. the team was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing, personalized to our requirements. the bar in the evenings was relaxed and friendly, and the hosts, neil and michael, were the best we've ever had. can't wait to visit again!

Difficult to access for people with mobility problems

The staff at the guest house were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food. The coffee was perfect. The themed rooms had great attention to detail and the inclusion of a Nespresso coffee machine was fantastic. The location was central and within walking distance of the beach and local shops and restaurants.
