Ash Grove was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to bars and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a great time at Ash Grove, a beautifully renovated period property. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, providing valuable advice on local parking and cuisine. The single room I stayed in was cozy and well-presented, with a convenient sink and a dedicated bathroom just a few steps away. The hot shower was fantastic! The recent updates to the hotel were noticeable in the high-quality standards throughout. The location was perfect, just a short and pleasant walk from Harrogate town and its bustling restaurants and bars.

We had an excellent stay at a property in a fantastic location with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The complimentary parking at the rear of the property was a convenient bonus, and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host provided brilliant service. The breakfast was cooked beautifully to individual preferences. In short, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely bed and breakfast in a fantastic location. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of storage space. the en suite was also nice, although not very large. the Wi-Fi was excellent and secure, and there were plenty of sockets for charging our devices. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfast options, freshly cooked each morning. Tabs, our hostess, was gracious and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We would definitely choose to stay at this accommodation, Ash Grove, again.

my second stay in harrogate was even better than the first. ash grove was in a fantastic location, close to all the attractions, and the hostess, Tab, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. the room had everything i needed, including tea and coffee facilities, and the bed was super comfortable. i couldn't have asked for a better bnb experience.

Parking was a bit challenging at times.

The location of the guest house was superb, being very close to the centre of Harrogate. Guests mentioned that it was literally up the road from many places to eat and that it was opposite the conference centre. This made it very convenient for exploring the town and attending events. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds, providing a cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with excellent showers and white towels. The service received from the hosts was friendly and professional, with the owners being knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Guests were also pleased with the delicious and well-cooked breakfast options offered.

That some rooms did not have en-suite bathrooms, and the bathroom had to be shared with other guests on the corridor.
