Great value for money with a fantastic room and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was ideal for our needs and the hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Sharon's friendly welcome, convenient location near the seafront and town center, easy access to train station, pleasant walk through Peasholme Park, great food at the local fish n chip shop, lovely cooked breakfast.

Stayed for three nights, the room was very clean and well decorated. The hosts are very friendly and you can have a joke with them. Breakfast was very enjoyable and plenty to eat. Not far to walk into town and very near Peasholme park. Also got a lovely slice of homemade cake when we came back to the room, which was a lovely thing to do.

the room at Ashcroft was fabulous, with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor. the staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and would not hesitate to stay here again. the location is great, with a short walk into town and close proximity to Peasholme park. On top of everything, they even surprised us with delicious homemade cake in our room. A truly delightful stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was convenient and hassle-free, making it easy for me to come and go as I pleased. Additionally, the location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of delicious fish 'n' chips and a beautiful stroll through a nearby park. Being close to the beach was an added bonus, and I even had the opportunity to catch a show at the outdoor theatre. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

During our recent stay, we were incredibly impressed with the level of service at Ashcroft in Scarborough. The owner went out of their way to help us find a parking space, which was greatly appreciated. The delicious breakfast was well-organized and the selection of tea bags in our room was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the seafront and other attractions. we had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Ashcroft. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

For the price we paid, the value at this hotel was unbeatable. The room was clean, fresh, and surprisingly comfortable, giving us one of the best night's sleep we've had in a B&B. The location couldn't have been better as it was just a short walk from the Open Air Theatre and beautiful Peasholm Park. But what made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming treatment we received from the owners, Brad and Arabella. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and had a great stay.
