The apartment was nicely decorated with a modern theme. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a consistent water temperature. The kitchenette facilities were great, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and portable induction hob. Parking onsite was convenient, and the coded keyless entry was a nice feature. The staff, especially Colin, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Ashcroft Apartments. The location was perfect, being halfway between Trafford and the city center. It served as a great base for exploring the area. The exterior of the property and the interior finish were modern and stylish. We also loved the convenience of having a shop just across the road. The keypads for accessing the property were clever and eliminated the need for carrying around keys. The parking options, both at the front and rear of the property, were also a plus.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience. Some of the towels and bedding had stains and rips, and there were uneven amounts of cutlery in the kitchenette.

Great location near Salford hospital and ample parking space. the caretaker, Colin, was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to assist with luggage and provided prompt service when needed.

The room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. the toilet and shower were not cleaned properly, with visible marks and hair.
