I recently stayed at a B&B in a double room with a mountain view. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just a street away from the center of town, yet quiet and peaceful. It was a great place for tourists with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hot chocolate was also delicious!

We had a fantastic time at Ashleigh House in Windermere. The room was basic but very clean, with a spacious and clean ensuite shower. The view from our room was amazing - we couldn't get enough of it! The welcome we received was lovely, even after our stressful parking situation. The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore the main shops and bars. we highly recommend Ashleigh House for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Windermere.
