The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby supermarkets. the apartment we stayed in had plenty of space for our family and was well-priced, especially when booked in advance. the staff were friendly, and the cleaners did a great job maintaining the place.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms should be addressed.

This place was mind-blowing! the location was super for transport links and amazing food places nearby. the ample space for a family of 3 had me jaw-dropping. the cleanliness was top-notch, leaving me in awe. the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful, going ABOVE AND BEYOND - one even hunted down a bottle opener for us! the overall experience was just fantastic and I can't wait to come back again!

Enjoyed a spacious apartment with kids, good location near plenty of dining options. Managed the summer heat without A/C. A bit noisy early morning from a boiler, but manageable. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the cleanliness was impeccable, hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was most convenient with Paddington Station at the top of the road. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
