The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, town, and amenities. The proprietor was helpful and responsive when assistance was needed. Would recommend for a homey and enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in apartment 2. It had a separate bedroom and a neat little sofabed in the living room for the kids. The balcony, although tiny, offered an amazing view of the beach. The location was central with free parking on Warren road. The staff was helpful, especially when we needed assistance with the door buzzer. The apartment was large, tidy, and clean. We were really impressed with the top-quality kitchen units and the easy-to-fold sofabed.

The apartment is beautiful with exceptional views. Great location near the beach and harbour. Lovely bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious rooms. The balcony and DVD collection are fantastic for relaxing.

The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, with a spectacular view of the bay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with all the modern conveniences and even some basic amenities provided. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions in town, including the marina area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a really nice evening at Astor House. It was a quick overnight stay on our way to Cornwall. Entry was straightforward and the apartment was well equipped, cosy and clean. Nice touches, like fresh milk for making tea and coffee, were very much appreciated. We also had a dog-friendly apartment, which was great. Communication with management was easy and they were very accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

I had an absolutely amazing 7 night stay at Astor House. The sea view from Apartment 12 was breathtaking, and the garden pathway down to the loungers provided the most gorgeous views. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The house manager, Jacqui, was fantastic and always available to help. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to town but not noisy. I will definitely be returning to Astor House and have already recommended it to friends and family.

The cleanliness of the beach below was a major disappointment. The sand and seaweed were heavily contaminated with dog feces, making it difficult to walk without getting it stuck to our footwear.
