The staff were extremely friendly and gave us a great tour of the facilities. The location was convenient, being only 200 yards away from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV and coffee/tea making facilities.

The location was ideal, just a short drive from the NEC, and even during busy times, the commute was only 15 minutes. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was cozy and spotless, complete with a large TV, tea and coffee facilities, WiFi, and even extra bedding. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the option to have a cafetiere of top-notch coffee. Plus, the option to use the dining room for takeaways was a nice touch. Atholl Lodge provided a pleasant and affordable experience, surpassing any of the large corporate hotels at the NEC.

The walls were quite thin and I could hear the noise from the neighboring room, including someone in the shower. the water pressure in the shower was also inconsistent, which made for an unpleasant experience.
