The apartment was clean and modern, with spacious bedrooms and a lovely shower. The surrounding area was beautiful and great for taking walks. Having a Sainsbury's downstairs and a Starbucks just a 2-minute walk away was very convenient.

The apartment was absolutely freezing, despite having the heater on the highest setting. The lack of phone reception and poor WiFi made it difficult to communicate and use the TV.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Royal Wharf. the location was excellent, situated in a very safe and beautiful area with plenty of amenities nearby. the property itself was clean and modern, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the lovely shower. having a grocery store downstairs and a Starbucks just a short walk away made it very convenient. the surrounding area was also perfect for leisurely walks. I would highly recommend Austin David Apartments Royal Wharf.

For us, this place was ideal. 😊

The bedrooms were spacious and tidy. the location was convenient, with a Sainsbury's downstairs and a Starbucks just a short walk away. the surrounding area was beautiful and great for taking walks.

I had to organize a meeting time with the house manager, but he didn't show up and was unresponsive when I tried to reach him. I had to contact the Austin David offices, and even then, I had to wait for a callback.

Very good location, very safe area! Excellent property. Free wifi and Netflix available. Very quiet area, no noise. Beautiful and good for families. Community with grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. Quick walk to the DLR. Allowed early check-in.

We were impressed with its cleanliness and modern style. the location was also convenient, with a local supermarket nearby and a Starbucks just a short walk away. the surrounding area was beautiful, and we enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property for a visit.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The property was very clean, modern, and warm. It had everything we needed, including a local supermarket nearby. We felt safe in the area and the location was perfect for the Excel centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated. We also loved how beautiful the surrounding area was and would definitely return just to walk around. this was a great place for families, with amenities like a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. The DLR was just a quick walk away, making transportation easy.
