We really loved the location of this place, just across from a beautiful park and within walking distance of all the attractions. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the room amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The free toiletries and ironing facilities were a nice touch, and we appreciated having a sitting area to relax in. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were also convenient additions to the room. this venue exceeded our expectations in terms of location and quality services.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was happy to find that the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the rooms were nicely decorated with Christmas lights and tinsel, creating a festive atmosphere. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, including pastries and hot dishes. the hotel was conveniently located near the town center and the nearby park was a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

I did find that parking was a bit of a hassle as there weren't enough spaces available, and I had to walk quite far to park my car. the heating in the room was not very effective and the room was quite chilly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

You can easily explore the town center and all the attractions on foot. The rooms are top-notch and spacious, spotlessly clean with en-suite bathrooms. The owners are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to personal preferences. Guests have access to a small fridge with cold drinks on the landing, a lovely touch that shows the attention to detail.

The front entrance lacks a railing, making it a bit challenging for elderly guests or those who are unsteady on their feet.

fantastic stay, exceeded expectations for a romantic weekend in whitby. loved the location opposite the park and the excellent thai restaurant nearby. gracious hosts jan & dean made us feel so welcome. perfectly done breakfast, lovely room, and meeting rufus the bernese dog was a bonus. definitely coming back!

I had a fabulous stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I loved the little touches like the pictures and cushions which added to the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast selection was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The owners, Jan and Dean, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They even had a lovely dog named Rufus who made the stay even more enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked Autumn Leaves Guest House for a spontaneous weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised. The owner, Jan, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and lovely views of the garden. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a particularly tasty vegetarian breakfast. The guest house is conveniently located near the center and the double-glazed windows blocked out any noise from the main road.
