The location was perfect - just off the main street, close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. Despite the single room being small, it was comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking to explore the beautiful Lake District. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, nestled between Windermere and Bowness. The stunning surroundings make for a perfect getaway. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are clean and tidy, with tea and coffee facilities provided. The English breakfast is simply perfect, especially the delicious mushroom inclusion!

The breakfast is delicious and energizing, setting you up for a day of adventures in the Lake District.

The location was excellent, really close to the train station and just a short walk from the beautiful lake. the hosts were very friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat. the room might have been small, but it was cozy and spotlessly clean. the breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Free parking was available nearby after 1800, which was a bonus.

The single room was quite tiny, with a small window that made it feel a bit claustrophobic. the bathroom being down the hall was a bit inconvenient, especially for those who need to use it during the night.
