We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast. Avonpark House provided a delicious breakfast and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. the reception had plenty of information leaflets, and the cleanliness was exceptional. the location was perfect, close to the town and dining options. the room was comfortable, although the en suite was a bit small. Nonetheless, there was plenty of hot water and the bed, although too firm for our liking, still provided a good night's sleep. Despite being on a main road, the noise was not too bothersome. We would definitely return and highly recommend Avonpark House to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a large and comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a sofa for added comfort. The bathroom had a great shower and was very clean. The breakfast was top-notch, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the town center. this hotel offered great value for money and provided us with everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short scenic walk away from the city center and the riverside. I appreciated the helpful staff who provided me with leaflets, maps, and discount vouchers for nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spotless and had a homely feel to it, with a variety of hot drinks and even a small kit in the bathroom for any unexpected needs. The breakfast spread was excellent, with options ranging from a full English to salmon and bacon sandwich.

I did encounter a slight issue with noise from the main road outside the hotel.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! the host was very helpful and advised us on where to go and what to visit. the room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed. the breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. We also liked the location, a short walk away from the attractions and off-street parking available.

We wished there was a charging point for our electric car nearby. We also found the walk back to the hotel a bit dark and would have appreciated a mention of this from the host.

I found the accommodation to be reasonably priced and conveniently located. the room I stayed in had a lovely view of the garden and was equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of options to choose from.

This is something I believe should be included in a weekend getaway. the heating in the room was on a timer and it was quite cold at times.

Excellent Accommodation and Service

We were in a rush to find accommodation for New Year and a birthday celebration, and we were lucky to stumble upon Avonpark House. The high-class rooms and wonderful service provided by Martin and Maria exceeded our expectations. The breakfast options were fantastic, including alternatives like scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and eggs benedict. The dining room was also available for guests who wanted to bring back take-away meals. The quality of Avonpark House surpassed many well-known hotels we've stayed in. I highly recommend this B&B for a delightful and memorable stay.
