We recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house near Cambridge. The location was perfect, as it was right by Trumpington Park & Ride, which made it incredibly easy to access the city centre. There were also lovely restaurants in the immediate area, so we had plenty of options for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated during our stay. They were friendly and helpful, even offering us a baby bath for our 6-month-old son. The breakfast was perfect and we were greeted with a smile every morning. Great value for money and we would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this guest house.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the prices were excellent value for money, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location was perfect for me as it was in a quiet residential neighborhood, giving me a true home feeling. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a large, clean bathroom en suite. The WiFi signal was strong and reliable, which was a major bonus for me. Additionally, having a microwave oven and all desired amenities available was a great convenience. Lastly, the breakfast, including the coffee machine, was top-notch, and I appreciated that it was available from 6:30am.

My family and I recently stayed at a guest house in Cambridgeshire for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, situated in Shelford Road and just a 20-minute bus ride from Cambridge Rail Station. We were pleased to find ample car parking, making it convenient for us to bring our own vehicle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean en-suite bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were varied, with a selection of toast, boiled eggs, fruit, and more. We particularly enjoyed the free vend drinks machine.

Some noise from other guests in the common areas could be heard in our room during the evening.

This budget-friendly place is a great choice for central location. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bathrooms are spacious and clean. the location is great for those who want to explore the area because it is located close to the city centre. the cost is very reasonable for the standard of accommodations.

There were very limited plug sockets in the room. the lighting outside was a bit dim making it difficult to find the entrance at night.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help and made me feel welcome. The continental breakfast selection was great, and they even accommodated my request for an early breakfast. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and had a comfortable bed. The guest house is conveniently located near the M11 and has good public transport links, making it easy to explore the area.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

So much to do in this city! Ayah Villa Guest House is modern with free Wi-Fi and parking. Close to Addenbrooke's Hospital and the University. The garden views are lovely.

Such a shame that the walls were paper thin, I could hear every single conversation, including the one about keys and breakfast arrangements at 10.45pm.
