We were greeted by an amazing gentleman on arrival who made us feel welcome from start to finish. The hotel was immaculate and the room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with table service which was unexpected. The pool and spa facilities were excellent, with refreshing water infused with lemon and orange pieces by the steam room. We also enjoyed the welcome goodies in the fridge. It was easy to access the pool and breakfast room from our room, making it very family-friendly. The car parking was convenient and the hotel's location was central to motorway links.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel just outside Bristol. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even better. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at the Aztec Hotel in Bristol for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful display of fresh flowers and friendly staff. The facilities, including the spa, were immaculate and filled with nice touches like fresh milk and water dispensers to reduce plastic waste. The food was outstanding, with a great selection of gluten-free options. Despite its location near a main road, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, with easy access to all the shopping places in the area. The restaurant was lovely, although it was a bit disappointing that children were allowed to be running around. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the lakeside area. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

That there was not enough storage in the room. It would have been nice to have some drawers to put our belongings in.

Excellent location, easy to find off the motorway. the staff were friendly and informative with comfortable rooms. Great selection of teas and coffees, plus a coffee machine for your enjoyment. the pillow menu provided a comfortable sleep.

Limited menu at the restaurant with some meals being poorly prepared, cold or dry. the restaurant atmosphere was claustrophobic and unappealing.

The spa at Aztec Hotel And Spa was absolutely amazing! The treatments were incredible, especially the massage by Emma. She was professional and made me feel at ease right away. The spa pools and sauna were also top-notch and added to the overall relaxing experience.

The superior suite was really clean and had everything you could want. the bed was super comfortable with feather pillows and a marshmallow mattress. the spa facilities were average, but the gym was well-equipped. the staff, especially George at the reception, were friendly and helpful.

The spa facilities were not complimentary, with additional charges for drinks and use of the pool. the breakfast selection was limited and not self-serve.

The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I could ask for, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also boasts a beautiful terrace and patio area, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious range of dishes, and the bar area is cozy and inviting. This place truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.
