The staff at this place were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also offered free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I also loved the dining bar/lounge area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they made sure that all my needs were met.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. It truly is a luxurious and comfortable place to stay, with excellent service and a great location.

I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely small hotel in a convenient location. The room was compact but very comfortable, and it was great that they allowed dogs. Our hosts, Paul and Kirsty, were extremely welcoming and even set up a table in the bar area so our puppy could join us for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was plentiful and freshly cooked to order. The boot cleaning fairy also deserves a mention for magically cleaning our muddy boots. The prices were great too, making this my top choice for future visits to the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hosts, Paul and Kirsti, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that my partner and I had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the beautiful Babbacombe Downs with its stunning views and charming cafes and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located on the main bus route to nearby towns and beaches.

The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. The location was ideal, being very close to the bay front, Babacombe Downs, and everything Babbacombe has to offer. I especially loved that it was within walking distance of the model village, saving me from paying parking charges. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.
